Carl has been advising clients for over 25 years now following on from his career with Britannia Building Society. His mission was to be able to provide a Professional Advice Service to his clients for Mortgage & Protection Advice from a range of Lenders & Insurance providers, rather than just offering from one provider.
Carl is still today advising his clients and their families now under Julian Harris Mortgages Ltd. I always ensure you will have receive great advice for your needs and protection in place for the unforseen. We have access to Whole of Market when looking at mortgages for my clients. Carl is also qualified to advise on Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgages also and is a member of The Equity Release Council.
I can help clients with all aspects of Mortgage Advice, whether you are a First Time Buyer, Home Mover, Remortgage and Buy to Let. The market is constantly changing and lenders/insurance providers all have different criteria/products, so it's so important to seek out professional advice which is what I provide my clients.
